India holds 54th rank globally in home price - appreciation


  • According to Knight Frank’s latest research, India ranked 54th in home price appreciation in the second quarter (Q2) of 2020.


  • In the first quarter ( Q1) of 2020 India had ranked 43th globally, which in Q2  moved down 11 spots and got 54th rank.


  • This is a survey amongst 56 countries and territories  as an appreciation in residential real estate prices.
